Blu Girls still winless after day 2 of 11th Asian Women’s Softball Championship

Blu_Girls_Asian_Womens_Softball_Championship_2013The Philippine women’s softball team still winless after day two of competitions at the 11th Asian Women’s Softball Championship in Kaoshiung, Taiwan, scheduled yesterday until 29th of November.

On day one of competition, the Blu Girls was blanked by Chinese Taipei, 9-0, in the opening game and the only game of the day.

In yesterday’s action, the Pinay clouters was able to score against China in their morning game, but was still overpowered by the world class Chinese who took the game with 9-1 scoreline.

The Blu Girls again came back in the afternoon for their match against Japan, still smiling and confident to do their best. But their best was not good enough as they were again blanked by the Japanese, 7-0.

In today’s action, team Philippines will be facing Hong Kong in the morning, and Korea in their afternoon match.

After day two of action, China and Japan are leading the pack with 2 wins and zero loss. Followed Chinese Taipei next with 2 wins and 1 loss.

Korea has one win and one loss, while Hong Kong lost all their two matches yesterday.

Philippines has lost all their three matches so far after day two of competitions. Hopefully our Pinay clouters wil bounce back today against Hong Kong Chinese and the Koreans.
