Twenty six year Angelee delos Reyes of Olongapo City vies for the Miss Earth crown tomorrow night at 8:00pm in Versailles Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
Angelee competes for the crown along with the eighty eight delegates from around the world.
This year’s Philippine representative Angelee is a nursing graduate of Columban College and is a registered nurse. She currently works as a Public Information Officer at the Subic Bay Metropolitan Development Authority.
Standing at 5’7 ½” and measuring 34-23-34, Claudette has a string of pageant accolades to her name including Miss Columban College 2004, Miss Private School Athletic Association 2005 (2nd Runner-up), Bb. Zambales 2007, Mutya ng Pilipinas 2007 top 15 finalist, Bb. Olongapo 2008, Miss Real Estate Philippines Best in Swimsuit, Hiyas ng Subic (non-semifinalist), Miss Philippines-Earth Miss Talent 2009 and Slimmer’s World Miss Bikini Philippines 2011.
Angelee joined the Binibining Pilipinas pageant last year but failed to make it to the semifinal round.
This year, she joined the Miss Philippines Earth pageant again, her second time, and finally won the title.
“I feel blessed and rewarded after all the high heels and hard work,” Angelee said. I believe that perseverance and determination spell out the difference between failure and success,” Angelee added.
Along with her brown good looks, enviable figure and unconditional faith in God, Angelee will do well in tomorrow’s coronation night.
The Miss Earth 2013 Coronation Night will be show live on FOX Network’s Star World Channel, and will be featured on ABS CBN Channel 2 on Sunday, December 8, 2013 at 10:00AM.
Reigning Miss Earth Tereza Fajksová from Czech Republic will crown her successor at the end of the event.
